According to the video, the accident occurred at around 11:10 p.m. on the 6th in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul. In the video, Suga was traveling from south to north on an electric scooter as he drove through the sidewalk. Meanwhile, the accident occurred when the scooter that Suga was driving hit the boundary stone and fell.

Shortly after the accident, police rioters on patrol found Suga and immediately asked a nearby police station for support.

The patrol car that arrived at the scene within about 10 minutes took a breathalyzer test. Sugar's blood alcohol level was 0.227%, far exceeding the 0.08% threshold for revocation of the license.

This means Suga was intoxicated.

According to the police, Suga testified at the time that he "drunk a glass of beer and drove for a while," but as his condition was intoxicated, the police conducted only a breathalyzer test without conducting a detailed investigation and then returned home. The electric scooter that Suga was driving was not confiscated separately, it said.

Due to the accident, the police plan to officially summon Suga and conduct a detailed investigation. The police say that measures are needed to clearly grasp all the facts related to Suga's drinking condition at the time of the accident.
