According to the indictment obtained by the New York Times, Jasvin Sangha, whom prosecutors described as the "Queen of Ketamine," and doctors at the emergency medical center Salvador Placencia were arrested. They were charged with conspiracy to distribute ketamine, distribution, record change and forgery.
Three people have already pleaded guilty, including Matthew Perry's secretary Kenneth Iwamasa, another doctor Mark Chavez, and friend Eric Fleming. Iwamasa, in particular, admitted to injecting ketamine on the day of Matthew Perry's death.
